www.columbia-lyme.org - This site has links to studies, and an overview of Lyme research. It also talks about recommended tests that you may want to consider. There is a great section labeled "Frequently asked questions"

www.cwork.com - This a Lyme Disease Association site. Click the *Legislation* link, and click your state and see how legislators voted on US House Bill 1179, which seeks to provide vital education and funding for Lyme.

Sample scripts for letters and phone calls,etc. are listed.You can call or write to thank your representative or ask for their support for this vital legislation.

www.lymepa.org - The Lyme Disease Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Inc. This site lists several good booklets to order, including Lyme Basics, and Quick Facts handouts. It is a good, usable and local site.

www.mentalhealthandillness.com  - This site has a link to a neurological evaluation form titled "The Neuropsychiatric Manifestations of Lyme disease Assessment Form and Seronegative Lyme disease." This could be helpful for those seeking Disability or for talking to a Neurologist.
