Our Mission
Because of the growing number of Lyme Disease cases in our community, the lack of knowledge about Lyme and the misdiagnoses often surrounding Lyme Disease, this website and support group has been organized. Our group meets informally to share information about things that have helped us both physically and emotionally. We meet, we laugh, we vent and we strive to help and support each other. Those with Lyme and their friends and family members are always welcome. Come join us!
We will be adding factual information and links to credible sources to assist you in locating the help that you need. Please feel free to pass along Lyme related information that you believe is relevant to helping Lyme Disease patients cope with this disease! Please use the contact page for information about this. Thank you.

Our support group shares information about things that have helped us both
physically and emotionally. Keep in mind that Lyme dislikes heat, oxygen and an
alkaline environment! Some things that can help are to avoid sugar and
refined carbs as they produce an acid environment in your blood. Eating
and drinking things that are Alkaline is beneficial. Also, when you are
able, raise your body temperature through exercise and/or hot baths.
Exercise will also oxygenate the body.
